Samsung Mobile Philippine has not yet made this handset official thru their Facebook page but this one of the new 2016 Samsung Galaxy phones on the "A" series was spotted somewhere in a mall in Manila.
Facebook user Mark Santiago Cuyugan saw the Samsung Galaxy A5 2016 in one smartphone retailer (not in a Samsung Mobile store) which has a price of Php 19,990
This 2016 Galaxy A5 has 1.6 GHz Exynos octa-core processor, Android 5.1 Lollipop, 5.2 inch FHD Super AMOLED display, 13 MP rear cam with flash & OIS, 5 MP selfie camera, 2 GB RAM, 16 GB ROM, micro SD up to 128 GB, Bluetooth, WiFi, fingerprint sensor and 2,900 mAh non-removable battery. I'll verify if the version here has the one with dual SIM.
