I almost forgot but it's here from the recent media gathering of Ekotek, their latest quad-core phone - here's the Ekophone Sage Lite.
Here are the front and back views of the Ekophone Sage Lite box. That familiar background design that we already saw in some of Ekotek devices.
Front: 4.5 inch FWVGA display, 2 MP front cam, standard Android capacitive keys
Back: 5 MP rear cam with flash, Ekophone and Sage Lite logos, single speaker, removable back cover
Internals: Android 4.4.2 Kitkat, 1.3 GHz Mediatek MT6582 quad-core processor, quad band 2G, dual band 3G, 1 GB RAM, 4 GB ROM, dual SIM, micro SD slot up to 32 GB, 1,600 mAh removable battery
Top: 3.5 mm. audio jack and micro USB port
Bottom: Pin hole mic
Both the volume rocker and power/unlock button are located at the right side.
And the camera samples. The main cam was at f/2.4 aperture while it's f/2.8 aperture at the selfie sensor. Shots taken at Satchmi at Megamall

First impressions: I love the texture and the overall appearance of the unit. It is quite light too. The camera output is acceptable for the price tag, good thing that both are in full screen. One concern for me - not unified storage as you can only get over 1 GB of app storage.
Ekophone Sage Lite from Ekotek is priced at Php 3,899 and available in Ekotek kiosks and partner dealers.
