Back to back unboxing of gadgets from Ekotek which will keep me busy in the next few days. This time, I'll go for their tablet segment. Here's the Ekotab Encore 2U.
Have a look at the front and back portions of it's box.
Front: 7 inch WSVGA display, VGA front camera
Back: 2 MP rear camera, single speaker, Ekotek logo
Internals: Android 4.4 Kitkat, 1.2 GHz AllWinner quad-core processor, 512 MB RAM, 8 GB ROM, micro SD up to 32 GB, WiFi, 2,500 mAh built-in battery.
It made my job easier this time as all of the inputs and outputs are placed at the bottom (based on screen orientation on various apps). There's the power/unlock button , 3.5 mm. audio jack, micro SD slot and volume rocker.
The box also includes the starter guide, Ekotek sticker, USB OTG cable, warranty info, micro USB to USB cable and 1.5 ampere USB plug. The screen protector is already attached onto the tablet which means convenience for me.

For my first impressions, the good thing is it doesn't look cheap and it has good build quality. One thing I hate so far is the thick bezels.
