If My21 is kinda small for you, I also looked out at it's probably bigger brother. Here's my first look on MyPhone My22.
The front has 2 MP front camera with 5 inch display and standard Android buttons. The back has 5 MP main camera with flash, single speaker, that Philippine map and MyPhone logo. It has a removable back cover in matte finish.
The top has 3.5 mm. audio jack, pin hole mic, micro USB port and that little space to open the back cover at the bottom.
All of the remaining essentials like the volume rocker and power/unlock button are at the right side.
The same qualities that I saw on My21 are also here on the My22 with it's Android 4.4 Kitkat OS inside. Happy that it also has unified storage out of 4 GB ROM.
Unfortunately, the Bluetooth on this demo unit has difficulty on locating my main driver which the result, no camera samples to put in here. Both cameras have 4:3 aspect ratio.
For my first impressions, the hefty, solid feel was the no. 1 thing to mention on this device which is pretty good for it's price tag. I wonder if I can really have a drop test on this device. I am not sure on the SoC inside on this device but switching apps are also a-ok just like what I experienced on My21.
MyPhone My22 is now available in MyPhone stores and authorized retailers for Php 2,999.
