After a few years in their stay near S & R Supermarket, Mercato Centrale has finally found a new home at BGC as I am lucky to be with my other bloggers to be at their re-launch at their new place.
The place is beside the Icon building (the one with the astronaut artwork, near RCBC building and The Fort) and it is open every Fridays and Saturdays from 6 PM to 3 AM.
Compared to my last Mercato visit during the Philmico event, the place has more variety this time with almost 50 vendors to choose from. It was the night that I had to try some Indonesian food from the first time (and it was really good) plus the liquid nitrogen-infused Cream Cheese and Oreo Cookies from Lava Ice Cream. The content and taste was so sulit at Php 150 as it has double the size as to one known Mercato ice cream vendor which sells at around Php 99.
In terms of their new home compared to the last one, I love their new place coz it is really convenient to go to other food places and if you chose to go home at the wee hours, the BGC bus stop is very near at the front of RCBC building and the The Fort.
Mercato Centrale encourages you to share your food experiences with them by putting the hashtag #mercatocentraleph in your fave social media accounts and like them at Facebook at Mercato Centrale.
