It was first revealed on official Google Blog that Android Wear can now be paired on iOS devices. As of this time, it will work on iPhone 5, 5c, 5s, 6 or 6 Plus running on iOS 8.2 and up.
Now these people with those iPhone variants mentioned can now check important info like phone calls, SMS and notifications from fave apps, set fitness goals and get daily and weekly progress and save time with smart help with the now popular "Ok Google"
So far, it works on LG Watch Urbane. In Asus Global Facebook page, they also announced that their ZenWatch can now be paired in iOS devices.
