Samsung Galaxy J5 and J7 now official in PH, specs, price (update)

After the A and E Series, Samsung Mobile Philippines finally put up another midrange line-up this time in the J Series.
Thru this picture that was posted a few days ago in their Facebook page, they made official that the Samsung Galaxy J5 and J7 are now here. For the PH version of Galaxy J5, you can check the specs here.

Samsung Galaxy J7 has dual micro SIM, Android 5.1 Lollipop, 5.5 inch HD Super AMOLED display, 13 MP AF rear camera with flash, 5 MP front camera with LED flash, 1.5 GB RAM, 16 GB ROM, LTE capable, Bluetooth, WiFi, A-GPS with GLONASS, FM Radio and 3,000 mAh battery. I skipped the processor part (as I will update this soon once I got the official info) as Samsung Mobile PH FB page has still no answer if they are bringing the Snapdragon 615 or the Exynos 7580 processor variant. If they have the one with Qualcomm SoC, it will have a good fight against other international and local phones with that processor.

Samsung Galaxy J5 and Galaxy J7 are officially priced at Php 9,990 and Php 12,990 respectively and it is now available in Samsung stores and authorized retailers.

Update: I recently visited the Samsung Mobile store at SM Megamall and thru one of their female personnel, she mentioned that the Galaxy J7 for the Philippines has Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor.
