After the recent Cherry Mobile Flare X and Cubix Cube introduced in their event, I was able to take home one of the 2nd-gen line of powerbanks from their powerbank brand Pyxis. Here's my take on the slim Pyxis S1 Powerbank in this review.
The form factor is quite comparable to Xiaomi's new 5,000 mAh powerbank. The powerbank also has 5,000 mAh of powerbank capacity with 1 ampere input, 2 ampere output, 1 USB and micro USB port and 4 LED indicators.
For my series of test, I used my current daily driver as the time of my review which is Cherry Mobile Infinix Pure. On the number of tests that I had, it has an actual content of 4,000 mAh which is not bad at 80% of actual info. On using a 1 ampere charger, the actual time to charge is 5 hours which is also not bad
The package also includes a micro USB to USB cord and container. One con that I have to say as well as their 2nd gen of Pyxis powerbanks: only 1 ampere in input which means slower time to replenish it versus the Mi 5,000 mAh powerbank which has 2 ampere input but it performs well in terms of charging your devices.
Pyxis S1 Powerbank is now available in select Cherry Mobile stores and authorized retailers for Php 795.
