Globe officially announced the continuation of their free Facebook service (as well as for TM subscribers) but with some changes this time.
In their previous offer, they have it in every GoSakto promo. Now, they transferred it this time as you can get the free service with every GoSurf promo which you can access via *143#
For me who's more inclined into GoSakto, they are currently in a roll-out if you are browsing via a mobile browser, you will be asked if you wish to access FB for free but you can not see the pictures. You can also access for free via Facebook Lite in the previous Internet.org - Globe/TM blog post.
