Oppo came up with their 10th anniversary celebration recently in Beijing, China. It was also a great time to unleash their 2 new phablets powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 615.
First off was the Oppo R7 with 5 inch AMOLED display with 2.5D glass, 13 MP rear camera with f/2.2 aperture, 5 MP front camera, 3 GB RAM, 16 GB ROM, optional dual nano sim (2nd nano sim slot can be used as micro SD slot) and 2,320 mAh battery.
It's bigger brother, the Oppo R7 Plus has a huge 6 inch 1080p display, also with 13 MP main camera, 5 MP front camera, 3 GB RAM, 32 GB ROM, optional dual nano sim (2nd nano sim slot can be used as micro SD slot), finger print sensor, laser guided auto focus on the main camera and huge 4,100 mAh battery.
I'm happy that both midrange devices will have VOOC charging technology which before, we can saw that in some of Oppo's flagship devices. Some of the similarities of both devices are Color OS 2.1 based on Android 5.1 Lollipop and Cat. 4 LTE
Oppo R7 has an SRP of around US$400 while it's around US$480 for the Oppo R7 Plus
