Finally, I had my chance to unbox a Microsoft Lumia device. Microsoft Lumia Philippines just gave me a go-signal to check one of their midrange offering, here's the Microsoft Lumia 535.
This is the front and back portions of Microsoft Lumia 535. I love the "palapad" approach in terms of the smartphone packaging versus a typical retangular and thick box in most devices. The review unit that I got has an official earphones of this device but an original charger which I had to use a converter if you'll gonna use it here. It worked on my spare USB charger.
The top has CTIA compliant 3.5 mm audio jack and micro USB slot at the bottom.
Nothing at the left as the power button and volume rocker are placed at the right.

The front has 5 MP front camera, Microsoft logo and 5 inch HD display. The back has 5 MP rear camera with flash. The back cover is removable and glossy like in some Lumia smartphones but no problems against finger prints. The quality of the back cover is superb despite that it is a budget Lumia phone. Oh, just remembered the "555" teaser before it's international launch.. Remove the back cover and you'll gonna see 2 micro SIM slots, a micro SD slot and 1,905 mAh removable battery

First impressions: The HD display and the form factor are my wow factors of this device so far.
