Cherry Mobile Flare S3 Mini has a 4 inch display, 1.2 GHz quad-core processor with Mali 400 GPU, Android 4.4 Kitkat, 8 MP rear camera, 2 MP front camera, dual sim, WiFi, Bluetooth and micro SD support up to 64 GB.
