You thought that the previous MyPhone teaser that I posted last weekend fresh from their Bloggers and Media Appreciation 2015 event. Well, I got more that you will only see here on this blog post.
First, I interviewed one of the top MyPhone execs that revolves on these topics: Infinity Lite, Rio LTE and the brand itself
I noticed that from the last few days of 2014 that some of the people from MyPhone Infinity Lite FB Group posted that the said device was not available based on what they encountered on some of the brand's stores and most of the staff said that it is already phase-out. On the other thing on the same timeline, the Rio LTE was not included in the series of MyPhone Rio line campaigns from their Facebook page and as well in their billboard in EDSA Guadalupe (before they changed it to MyPhone Uno). The exec confirmed that both devices are already phased-out. Well, I am hoping that they will have a follow-up to these smartphones soon.
Second is the new logo of MyPhone (which before I asked this thing, there's no official words either from their Facebook page or through the entire 1st day of MyPhone Bloggers and Media Appreciation Day 2015) . I saw those first from the series of MyPhone Uno FB posts from their FB page. My observation became more powerful when I saw the same new lettering at the same billboard place last Friday night as they are currently promoting the Uno smartphone. The exec said that this new MyPhone logo is already official.
Third was the teaser that I posted last weekend. A lot of times they said that expect a new MyPhone device this March 31. I asked if one of of those 4 smartphones from the teaser will be the one that will appear on that date, the exec said Yes.
In one of the few speeches that Mr. Richie de Quina of MyPhone said at the first day of the said event (it was around morning), I heard him (and I even checked my recording) that "may mga bagong (known MyPhone smartphone line)" . Saturday night when MyPhone President Mr. Jaime Alcantara appeared to us bloggers and media as her said that they will introduce "series of phones again" and they will have 11 new models, 3 of it are already out including the MyPhone Uno (the two might be the the Rio Craze 3G and Rio Junior 3G). He promised that they will deliver better specs, camera and features.
