The brand had it's first issue with the Phoenix X1 smartphone which from it's previous announcement of 1.7 Ghz octa-core, some got units with a lower clock speed of 1.4 Ghz. This time, they got some issue on the SKK Mobile V2.
Currently, this topic is not yet up on their official Facebook page but this screenshot was taken from the FB page of my fellow tech blog Gadget Pilipinas. First, there are some clarifications on the specs which you can check in our pic.
Second, they revealed that the first batch buyers of this device got some buggy instances which they will gonna update for free as long as your device is not rooted or out of warranty.
I hope that this problem will be the first and last for the brand at least this year. If you are one of the first buyers of the V2 and got some problems off on your device, it's better to take time and visit your nearest SKK Mobile service center.
