Known global brand Sony got a lot in store as they had a presentation at the ongoing CES 2015 earlier.
First on the list was the Playstation Vue which will add more cloud-based entertainment in this generation’s most favorite gaming console. It is great as you can check your fave TV shows and specials at your own time. It started as a beta in New York last November and it will be available commercially this 1st quarter.
Anythung about 4K. They showed their top of the line 4K TV with only 0.2 inch thickness with it’s edge-coated technology on it’s bezels, looks like the TV is only a thin layer. They also presented their newest 4K processor called X1 which will provide more clarity and more beautiful overall output in their 4K TVs this year.
This year will also be the start of their Smart TVs powered by Android TV.
More 4K on video cameras this time. First was their Sony 4K HandyCam which is priced at US$1000. As they said it “it’s 4K for 1K”. Well-known skater Tony Hawk also at the event to present their latest 4K Action Cam
They also have the Sony A7 II with a unique optical 5-axis image stabilization.
The Sony SmartWatch 3 with steel strap will also be available soon.
They also showed some of their 2015 Hi-Res Audio Series with the Sony Hi-Res Audio and the latest from Walkman, the Walkman NW ZX2.
There's more, Sony said that the Android Lollipop updare in all of the entire Sony Xperia Z series will be rolling out globally starting this February.
