Me and some of you might think that based on the 3 clues that Asus will have a smartphone (including the 4 GB RAM and the optical zoom thing). Surprise! They launched 2 new Zenfones
First is the Asus Zenfone 2 which has Android Lollipop 5.0, powered by 64-bit 2.3 GHz Intel Atom Z3580 quad-core processor, 5.5 inch IPS Full HD display, 13 MP rear camera with flash, 5 MP front camera, choice of 2 or 4 GB RAM, LTE Cat 4, dual sim, 3,000 mAh battery, has fast charging technology from 0%-60% in 39 minutes and a brand new Zen UI which has gesture options. This will be available this March and starts at US$199 international price. Based on the new Zenfones ad, the 2 GB and 4 GB RAM variant have different model numbers
Next is the Asus Zenfone Zoom with 5.5 inch Full HD IPS display, optical image stabilization, laser auto focus and 3x optical zoom. This will be available this 2nd quarter of the year at US$399.
