When I though that the Droidz Marvel HD was the only octa-core phone that Torque had at the venue, I was wrong as this guy greeted me. It’s the Torque Droidz Octave.

Torque Droidz Octave Antutu
First impressions: Here’s a fact, based on their latest brochure it has the 1.7 GHz octa-core but when I saw the 26,369 score on Antutu and scrolled on the details, I had to conclude that it really has 1.4 GHz Mediatek octa-core processor which is not bad for Php 500 less versus the Droidz Marvel HD (which I hope that they must slash some of it’s price). The device has a curved back so it’s so easy to grip. Like with it’s other octa-core device, the Achilles for me is the only over 1 GB of app storage out of 8 GB ROM
Torque Droidz Octave specs:
Dual sim
Quadband 2G, dual band 3G
Android 4.4 Kitkat
1.4 GHz Mediatek MT6592 octa-core chipset
5 inch IPS HD display
8 MP AF rear camera with flash, 5 MP front camera
1 GB RAM, 8 GB ROM
WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS
Micro SD up to 32 GB
???? mAh battery
Php 6,399
