Meizu already gave a hint on various international tech sites that they will have an affordable alternative to the MX4 and they did it.
Meizu M1 Note was officially introduced in China. This phablet has a 5.5 inch Full HD Sharp/AUO display with Gorilla Glass 3 and GFF full lamination, 13 MP Samsung rear camera with flash (also covered with Gorilla Glass 3 like the MX4) & f/2.2 aperture, 5 MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture, powered by 1.7 GHz Mediatek MT6752 octa-core processor, 2 GB RAM and 3,140 mAh battery.
This is also has WCDMA and FDD-LTE (not indicated the type of LTE bands on their official website) . If this can accommodate both Globe and Smart LTE signals, I hope that the guys from Novo7Tech will bring this value for money device soon.
The international price of the 16 GB variant will be at US$160.
