Blackview V3 specs, price, first impressions, camera samples

I still had two Blackview smartphones that I tested way back from their recent launch event so let’s fire it away as I took a closer look to the Blackview V3.

The device is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor with 5 inch qHD LCD display. You can look at the specs below for the complete info. As you can see the front and back portions of the phone, the most noticeable part is the back casing which has a unique diamond-inspired cut. The back cover is glossy but not finger print magnet. I had no problems on gripping on this phone

The left hand side which has the volume rocker and power/unlock button on the right hand side.

The top part has the 3.5 mm. audio jack and the micro USB port. A normal placing of a pin-hole mic is located at the bottom

A sneak peek of the storage and the RAM. Good thing that out of 1 GB RAM, it is very near in actual at 964 MB. Out of 8 GB ROM, it has 5.27 GB for phone storage. It’s the 3rd straight Blackview phone that I checked that don’t have a unified storage.

And something as a treat for now courtesy of the Blackview V3, the camera samples:

Blackview V3 8 MP rear camera sample

Blackview V3 3 MP front camera sample

Blackview V3 is available for Php 5,999 with free phone case and can be bought thru Blackview and Telego kiosks and branches. Recently, they are now selling their handsets thru Lazada Philippines

Blackview V3 specs:

Triband 2G, dual band 3G
Android 4.4 Kitkat
1.3 GHz Mediatek MT6582 quad-core chipset
5 inch qHD LCD display
8 MP AF rear camera with flash, 3 MP front camera
1 GB RAM, 8 GB ROM
WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, USB-OTG support, FM Radio
Gyro, light and proximity sensors
Micro SD up to 32 GB
2,200 mAh removable battery
Php 5,999 with free phone case

Hi

I also have a V3 from Blackview. But the Internal Memory (2GB out of 8) is just too small to install more apps.

Just like you said, it's unified, and not just this V3, but also the bigger blackview models with Octa-Core processor.

Do you know if there are cooked roms for the V3? or is there a way to increase the internal memory other thank Link2SD method?

Thanks!!
