As I checked my database, a lot of people are stll curious on Arc Mobile’s first octa-core offering which is the Arc Mobile Velocity so aside from the 403D, I also got my observations on the next paragraph.
This is the front and back portions of the device. The front design looks generic for me but not a problem as it only has the P7,999 price tag. The back cover has a matte finish
The left and right sides of the device. Just look at the right side for the volume rocker and power/unlock button.
The top and bottom parts of the device. On the top which you can find the 3.5 mm. audio jack and the micro USB slot
My initial observation to the device: the camera shutter speed is average. The 4 GB ROM is really a downer for me as there area already a few number of budget octa-cores with at least 8 GB ROM. Out of the 4 GB ROM, the app storage’s got less than 2 GB
