I’m happy to be included once again at the Blogapalooza 2014 which are mainly brought by my fellow bloggers at wheninmanila.com and ourawesomeplanet.com
Compared to last year, they got a bigger venue still at the SMX of SM Aura. More businesses this time and more bloggers at around 700 attended to this one nice business to blogger event.
I chose to be as early as possible so by around 2pm, I was already there. I already had 2 targets days before the event, first is the Fukuda booth (which brought me a lot of info to tell in my upcoming blog post/s soon) and Acer Philippines coz of their smartphones that were launched a few months. Sadly, I’m not invited to that event which brought me some desire to know more about their huge line-up during my conversation with one Acer PH official
Other booths that I checked like Authority Hoodie from known cosplayer Kristell Lim, Krispy Kreme (which allowed us to create our own donut using some sauces and other candy-yet-edible decorations. Canon which I’m excited to be part in their upcoming events. The ladies from Crocs which I checked some of their men’s shoes (and even suggested one thing that is still not yet discussed on the local blogosphere). My-Shoppingbox.com which thru them I can buy things from Amazon and other US based stores at a more affordable price thanks to their virtual US address. Good thing that I also met AMPR, one of the known PRs in the country
This time, various food sources came in thanks to Yellow Cab Pizza, Chips Ahoy and House of Lasagna.
Coz of the many actions at the booth, I had very little time to focus on the main stage. The one that brought me some attention when local volleyball star Michelle Gumabao stepped on the stage as she shared her experiences on do’s and don’ts on social media.
And just like last year, expect to have a podcast version of the Blogapalooza 2014 on Ron Not The DJ Podcast on iTunes soon. I’m not thatt sure for now if I gonna have 1 or 2 episodes.
