DTC unveiled their first tablet to hit the local mobile market and nice that they included the latest Android OS.
DTC NX1 has a 7 inch WXGA display (1280 x 800) which is a bit better than HD display. Two of the functions that I like on this device is the dual sim capability and there’s a flash in their camera which is not that common. I tried to do random transitions from switching from one app to another and I felt the unique smoothness of Kitkat OS.It’s my first time to encounter a device with MT8382 quad-core processor and the good news, it has Mali 400 MP2 GPU. Based on the Antutu score at over 14,000, it reminds me of a typical MT6589 chipset
The overall physical appearance of this device is awesome for me. Here are the 8 MP rear camera sample and 1 MP front camera sample of DTC NX1
As up to this day that the price for this device to be revealed soon, I asked one of the DTC Philippines officials on a clue for it’s price and he/she said that it will be in 4 digits.
