Last month, my fellow blogger Hannah Villasis chose me as her winner to win GCs from this known artisanal ice cream. Carmen’s Best which means technically, I got this food review for free.
I got curious as I saw this delicious and natural ice cream in various social media sites. It’s my turn as I dropped by in one of the spots which you can buy in a building in Valero St., Makati City. The guard actually helped me as he’s the one who introduced me to those products.
There are 2 types of ice cream by price point, the P370 and P420. The malted milk costs P370.
I chose to review it at home to indulge. After the first bite, I already felt the creaminess of their natural cow’s milk which is sourced at Bay, Laguna. If I believe in the label, their malted milk is from England so really paying for a price but for this very mouth-treating treat, it’s worth it.

The pint is made from paper cup while the cover is from plastic.
You can search them on Facebook by typing Carmens Best Artisanal Ice Cream to check their availability. Good thing for southies as they already had a new dealer in Sta. Rosa City.
The price is kinda steep for me but for this wonderful and natual ice cream treat, I’ll give it 4.5 out of 5. Yes, you noticed that there’s Round 1. That means that I will have a round 2 of their anoher variant soon.
