For me, the biggest upgrade compare to its older Snap brother is the 3g connection. Both still carries the small 1,100 mah battery. I wonder that against those some bit expensive dual-core Cherry Mobile Android phones that it carries dual-band 3G support.
It has a 3.5 inch HVGA LCD display, dual-sim capability with Android 4.2 Jellybean and 2 MP rear camera without flash.

Reply1st: root your phone via android application
download "framaroot.apk" or "z4root.apk"
and install to your android.
2nd: root via computer
install "srsroot" or "vroot" to your pc
connect your phone via usb (turn on usb debugging mode)
download drivers if the application doesnt detect your phone.
3rd: root via installing rooted rom
install clockworkmod or twrp
install chosen custom rom
I think it has mobile hotspot because almost of the android phones that running in Jellybean Os is capable of using Mobile Hotspot .. Just check your Settings>Below Data Usage (More..) Click on Mobile Hotspot :)
