Oppo Find 7 and Find 7a Philippines launch, specs, prices

Last night at the grand ballroom of Sofitel Philippine Plaza, we were happy that we got an invite for the first Oppo event in the Philippines as they launched a total of 6 smartphones including their flagship devices, the Oppo Find 7 and Oppo Find 7a

The event opened by their Overseas Brand Director Ms. Katrina Lee then Oppo Product Manager Han Zhao introduced the 2 Oppo Find 7 s. All of the Oppo smartphones that we encountered has ColorOS based on Android so ColorOS for Oppo Jeoy Zhao enlightened us of the features of the said UI. Lastly, Oppo Philippines CEO James Ma formally announced the arrival of Oppo devices in the country.

Oppo Find 7 was unique for us as it carries 2K display plus it can charge up to 75% for only 30 minutes. How it does work? The USB port has 7 pins plus their smart adapter plus it has the VOOC rapid charge technology. The device promised that it will charge quickly but also safely.

Oppo Find 7 Specs:

Color OS based on Android 4.3
5.5 inch 2560 x 1440 display, 538 ppi

Unfortunately, the Oppo Find 7 was not there at the area as we got covered by the Oppo Find 7a. In our Q & A with Oppo officials, we asked if Oppo Find 7 will be available in monthly installment basis and they said yes.

The Oppo Find 7 is priced at P25,990 while the Oppo Find 7a will be at P22,990. No info yet on the possible freebies and it will be available soon.
