Many MyPhone Rio early adopters complained on the app to SD card issue that was recently discovered by some tech blogs and forums. Good thing, MyPhone has an answer to this problem.
Last Monday afternoon, MyPhone Facebook posted an update for the over the air update which addressed the issue of transferrings apps to SD card. Here are the instructions:
Procedures:
For MyPhone Rio V1.11 to V1.15
1. Go to "Settings"
2. Choose "About phone".
3. Then "System updates"
4. And, click "DOWNLOAD AND
INSTALL"
Updating to v1.15 will fix the following:
1. The apps can be installed to SD card now
2. Put system update function in the main
menu
3. Removed some apps(PinoyPhone App and
others)
NOTE: You must have a consistent data or
WiFi connection to avoid interruption.

buzz-worthy smartphone from the local brand.
