Last January 23, I had my first blogging event of the year when the people of SM Southmall invited me to be in their 2012 Chinese New Year celebration. Nice to know that I'm the 1st blogger to confirm to attend at the said event.
It was held at the right side parking area of the said mail. Expect to have the lion and dragon dancers as they surrounded the whole area. What is unique (as I experienced it last June 2011 at Tagaytay) as the participants had their paper lanterns to be lightened so it will be up in the sky. As for safety measures, it was supervised by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines.
After the launch of the paper lanterns, everyone was treated to a nice 5-minute fireworks display to cap off the night.
I wanna thank the men and women of SM and Sm Southmall who made it possible to have my 2nd SM-based event. I'm hoping for more awesome events :)
