After my normal activities last August 5, I went to Trinoma Activity Center to witness the Pinoy Blogfest 2.0
Unlike last year (where it held in a hotel), this time it was open to the public as the mall shoppers can see the entire event. I dropped by there at around 4pm to see the exhibitors first
At 6pm, it was the time for the bloggers who got the invites as we had some goodies courtesy of Coca-Cola (who's one of the main sponsors for the 2nd straight year)
Speakers were Usec. Manolo Quezon (as he had a topic on how people get in their news), Gang Badoy of Rocked Philippines (plus a recording of her speech at the event after this paragraph) and Allie Cook, a Kiva.org fellow who's working at Alalay Sa Kaunlaran, Inc (who had a bus ride as far as Cabanatuan down to the venue) as she introduced on what is all about on www.kiva.org
After that, we had the music from Noel Cabangon as the bloggers (including me) had our nice dinner plus drinks from Coca-Cola
Minutes before the show ends, Gadget Magazine had a pa-raffle courtesy from the sponsors. Good thing, I won a box (24 cans) of Coca-Cola which really made the center of attention as I travelled back at home
Just like April 2010, I had a blast with the 2nd Pinoy Blogfest. I'm already looking forward for the 3rd one
