Closing minutes to 2pm of May 7 at Mercato Centrale when we arrived at the booth of Big Bob's burger
We became curious to this unique burger shop coz they featured twice at The Brewrats Show on Dig Radio plus the temptation of that 1/3 pound burger
Just like the RATs, we also tried out the Big Bob's burger (which is also composed of veggies and 2 cheeses: American and Mozarella) and also their blueberry cheesecake with that Mercato Centrale seal of approval. That means, it was a top seller at the fair
With that big and mean burger, it was really good enough for a big guy like me. It was also my 2nd time to eat blurberry cheesecake and it was worth it. Double thumbs up to its taste and it's filling factor. I even had some take home to my family and they all agree on what I said
I also had some chit-chat with E.J. Cuenco, one of the people behind this thing. Despite that they had their unique creation called Queso de Bola cheesecake, they also choose to have the blueberry cheesecake coz it is "happy" (the word that he described "masaya") to see it on the table (which I totally agree)
Special thanks to the big sis of E.J. and his mother for that great experience. Expect that I'll be doing the second round of this :)
