Of course, you can only see a plain background picture with a Cignal logo with the radio as its sound. It gave an interest to call in their hotline. From what I know, Cignal's service is nationwide so my one question is "Can I still listen to U92 even I'm a subscriber outside of Mega Manila?". I asked one of the friendly customer service representatives and she answered and confirmed "Yes!"
There are 2 plans avaialble in the subscription, theres P390 and there's also less than a thousand pesos. Better to ask their hotlines in your area for more info.
