My Christmas wish for this year is to have a new mobile phone. Not just an ordinary phone but a mobile phone with spanking great features fit for a blogger, IT geek, road tripper and a multi-task person like me
As of today, I never had a chance to have a 3G phone phone especially a touch screen phone. I also searched for great handsets until I logged in to Nokia Philippines site and Nuffnang Philppines and I saw their new Nokia C7
I read the features section of the Nokia C7 site and I just said "I just got the mobile phone that I want for Christmas!". I'm very pleased to what Nokia C7 can do for me. Here are the reasons on why I must have this

Beautifully crafted design: A great touch screen phone with 3.5" high-resolution display plus three home screens to personalize the contacts, apps and more. I'm a fan of "shortcuts" on mobile phones which means you can access on what I need on my phone. Talking about multi-tasking, the C7 can easily switch to the apps that are currently running by just tapping it.

Integrate social networks: Facebook and Twitter are the 2 most important and revelant social networking sites that I need for me as a blogger and also as an admin for some Facebook fan pages. I had done the first-ever live tweetcast (live updates via Twitter) in the Philippines over a year ago and still doing this for some important events that I cover in this blog and other blogs that I managed. Most of the live tweetcast that I had done so far (and for sure in the future) were on location like in a radio booth, theme parks, rock gigs, etc. With this feature, I can now send updates for both social networking sites thru words and pictures with less effort and more efficiency in my part.

Apps and more from Ovi Store: Apps are very important for me especially if it's an Ovi. I have an Ovi Mail. Ovi just got a lot of helpful apps like Ovi Apps for Facebook and Twitter and for my blog. I'm also a fan of mobile phone games and podcasts so downloading of those things will now be no sweat for me.

Maps with GPS navigation: Another reason on why I must have a high-end phone, GPS. I'm a road tripper as I go within the metro or nearby provinces for events and specially rock gigs. We can't blame on some indie but great bands who usually perform both in known and new bars. If it's a new bar, you'll need the directions on how to get there. I can be also an instant tour guide if I'm in a carpool with some of my friends.

The best in mobile entertainment: I admit that one of the weaknesses of this blog is less pictures . That's because of I don't have a good camera as of this moment. With C7's 8 MP camera, I can now bring more life and colors to my future blog posts (as this will benefit you and all who visited this blog and my other blog sites). I can now also do some tweet pictures on my live tweetcast. What's more that it has a video option in HD. Even I'm outside of the house, I can watch great cable channels or tune to the radio and listen to my all-time favorite The Brewrats

Powered by Symbian ^3: Even though there are phones that are powered by other mobile operating systems, I still prefer to have a Symbian. Why? It eats less battery than others especially when I need to run multiple apps or playing a mobile game for hours. As a bonus for IT geek like me, there's an option that I can develop a new app with ease. Coolness. A heaven sent mobile phone for me
Since 1998, me and my siblings are sticking to Nokia phones because of its quality, durability and a mobile phone that you can really rely on.
So I'm saying and wishing loud and proud for this: "My Christmas Wish This Year is a Nokia C7"
