Huawei's sub-brand Honor is pushing it more in the midrange phone space with the announcement of Huawei Honor 5C in China.
Huawei Honor 5C comes with Kirin 650 octa-core SoC (4 Cortex-A53 cores at 2.0 GHz, 4 Cortex-A53 cores at 1.7 GHz), EMUI 4.1 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, 5.2 inch IPS FHD LCD display, 13 MP primary camera with f/2.0, 8 MP secondary camera, 2 GB RAM, 16 GB ROM, dual SIM, LTE Cat. 6, Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS with GLOBASS, FM radio, micro SD up to 128 GB and 3,000 mAh battery.
There will be two versions, the 3G only model priced at US$139 and the 4G model will be at around US154.32. No official details yet if this will be available in the global market.
